Public Transport in Ireland

Journey planner in Ireland

If you don't own a car in Ireland you have to relay on buses and trains. Apart from big cities buses and trains are not very frequent. If you miss a bus you will be waiting another hour to catch the next one. Specially when you travelling from one town to another. In some areas buses stop running after a certain time. Fares are reasonable and you can buy from the station in cities or on the bus.
